Will i have to pay?

If we take on your case, it will be funded on a 'no win no fee' basis (a conditional fee agreement) unless you have existing legal expense insurance. We guarantee you 100% of your compensation if you win your claim, and our costs will be paid by the other side. If you lose the case, you pay nothing at all. We cover you against any risks by taking out an insurance policy to cover the other side's costs (at no cost to you).

If you have legal expenses insurance, they may tell you to use their panel solicitors to run your case. However, you are free to choose your own solicitor, and our team can advise you what will best suit your needs.

How much will I get for my case?

Personal injury compensation is awarded for your injury and your financial losses. Your injury payment includes compensation for the pain, suffering and loss of amenity (i.e. loss of enjoyment) you have suffered as a result of the accident. Your financial losses will be calculated according to the money you have lost as a result of your injury, including lost earnings, medical expenses, travel expenses, physiotherapy, car rental costs, etc.

How long will it take?

Most personal injury compensation cases take between a year to 18 months to settle. However, many cases are concluded in less than a year, particularly straight-forward road traffic accident claims. If the other side do not admit liability for your case, then we may need to issue court proceedings to push your claim forward, and the case may then take longer.

We will endeavour take the pressure off you by dealing with the day to day running of the claim. In that way, you can rest assured that your case is receiving the attention it deserves, whilst you can concentrate with getting on with the rest of your life.
